The HC-810 automatically cuts and seals synthetic materials without fraying. Nylon cord can also be cut. This machine is delivered equipped with a time delay feature which allows the time which the knife is down to be controlled for cutting very thick materials.

All the same features as the HC-810 except it does not require compressed air.

Same specs as the HC-810 but with 2 heavy duty heating elements (850 watts each) and 2 extra inches. It gives you the capacity to cut more webbing at the same time.

With our Model HC-5030ES you can cut pieces up to 4" wide and 9" long on demand, no more wasted material, only cut what you need. Here is how it works, as the machine cuts a piece of hook & loop or webbing the material slides down the guided track and stops at the edge of the guide, when the operator removes that piece, the sensor (with adjustable delay) sees there is no material in place and will automatically cut another piece. Properly positioned machine can feed 2 operators at the same time. When you don't need the on demand feature the machine converts to a standard HC-530 hot an cold strip cutter.

The HC-530CD was developed specifically for government contractors doing name tags. It replaces an operation currently done by hand. With the highest quality sensors our machines are able to determine different color shades, this feature allows you to cut the webbing 3 to 4 inches before the first letter of a name and 3 to 4 inches afte the last letter. Model US-566A is 3 machines in 1. It will cut and seal (HOT) webbing or hook and loop (COLD) at the same time the ultrasonic head will punch and seal round and oval holes in between the cut.
