U.S. MODEL 1099-BL
An outstanding Belt Loop Machine with US Automatic Trimming Device that TRIMS AND SEWS IN ONE OPERATION. Strips are automatically cut to fit the folder, which makes a double fold without a raw or raveled edge. Utilizes top feed for easier feeding of material through folder. Available in standard sizes: 5/16", 7/16", 3/8" and special 1/2" finish. Folder sizes are not interchangeable. When ordering any of the above sizes, the machine is shipped with two folder openings in the size ordered, except on wide loops. Folder openings are: A - for light material; B - for medium, C - for heavy material. Front feed and interlining attachment are optional.

Same as 1099-BL except without front cutter. Material must be pre-cut for folder. Available in REGULAR SIZE LOOPS of 5/16", 7/16", 3/8" and special 1/2" finish. WIDE LOOP folders available in 5/8", 9/16", 3/4" and 7/8". Only one folder size shipped with wide loops. Folders are interchangeable.
